3 Luxardo Cherries

1 oz Cynar

1 oz Beefeater Gin

1/2 oz lime juice

Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray soda

Muddle the 3 Luxardo Cherries with a barspoon of Luxardo Cherry syrup and lime juice. Add Cynar and Beefeater, and shake with ice. Dump into pint glass and top with Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray soda. Garnish with lime wheel, serve with straw.

 

 

The Ballad Of Hollywood Jack and the Rage Kage

1 1/2 oz Famous Grouse Scotch

1/2 oz Laird's Applejack

1/2 oz vanilla syup

1/2 oz pineapple juice

1 dash Angostura's bitters

Combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake with ice, double strain into chilled martini glass. No garnish.

Vanilla syrup

Split one Tahitian vanilla bean in half length-wise. Combine with 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil, and let simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 8 hours. Fine strain through cheesecloth and bottle.

2 oz Amaro Averna

1/2 oz Cruzan Black Strap Rum

1/2 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

1/2 oz Peach Juice

Combine ingredients in shaker. Shake with ice, double strain into chilled rocks glass over one large rock. Garnish with lemon twist.

1 oz Romana Black Sambuca

1 oz Beefeater Gin

3/4 oz lime juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

2 dashes Fee Brothers' Grapefruit Bitters

Combine ingredients in shaker tin with spring from hawthorne strainer. Dry shake, remove spring, shake with ice, and double strain into chilled coupe. No garnish.

 

Glasgow Smile

2 oz Auchentoshan American Oak Scotch

1/2 oz Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth

1/2 oz honey syrup

1/2 oz celery juice

1 dash Cocktail Kingdom Wormwood Bitters

Combine ingredients in shaker tin, shake with ice, double strain into chilled coupe. No garnish.
